OPERATIONS
GROUP ONE (G1) - WHITE HAT OPERATIONS
G1 OPERATIONS (G1Os) are intended to be performed by individual MEMBERs on their own, without further direction.
G1Os are merely examples and may be modified to scale according to your individual capabilities and resources. When you feel you have completed three or more G1Os, prepare yourself to describe the experience to other MEMBERs as one component of future participation in G2 GROUPS.
Future applicants to G3 UNITs should strive to complete, and/or encourage others to complete, each G1 OPERATION before progressing to G2 GROUPS.
GROUP TWO (G2) - GREY HAT OPERATIONS
G2Os are intended to be performed without further direction, as a GROUP of three or more MEMBERs who have completed three or more G1Os.
G2Os are merely examples and may be modified to scale according to GROUP capabilities and resources. When GROUP agrees any G2O has been successfully completed, perhaps after multiple attempts, collaborate and prepare GROUP to describe the experience as one component of a future GROUP application to G3.
GROUPs may find approaching FORUM in SPECTRUM decreases required length of G2Os.
SPECTRUM GROUPS could consist of RIGHT, LEAD, and LEFT. LEAD could be considered polite, issue-neutral, friendly, and most likely to appeal to a wide range of individuals, while LEFT and RIGHT could be seen as parties exploring opposing ends of any situational divide. Operational integrity suggests INITIATEs to SPECTRUM GROUPS be chosen based on their natural predisposition to one of the three SPECTRUM degrees.
Working together, GROUPS often find operational success a less timely process, particularly after some time exploring and engaging FORUM as individuals.
GROUP THREE (G3) - BLACK HAT OPERATIONS
G3Os are intended to be performed without further direction, as a UNIT of three or more GROUPs of three, who have completed three or more G2Os.
